Injured after overtraining

I trained with a vac hanger for two weeks on 50 min each morning (3 on, 1 off) on the lightest weight possible and it was fine. I started my third week on the second smallest and a day later I overtrained to 1h 40 min. It happened 10 days ago. It was very bad. I’m not sure blood was flowing. A very different experience from some blisters I had a few years back. First time hanging.
It was a bit swollen and very weak. I did not touch it for a whole day. It was very soft. I masturbated two days later and it was ok; I tried again 5 days later and still ok. I did not use it since then. The feeling I had was as if blood was starting to flow again. Now it got its shape and consistency back. Erections work normally.
I had some grey dots around the head; some of them disappeared. There are still a few grey spots around the head, like a couple of “big” dots (like a small nail). I mostly feel no pain and no shocks like in the first days where there was definitely a lot of activity down there. I feel a bit of discomfort from time to time. I have left it completely alone, I did not do any warm up other than when I take a shower.
Before we go into “you should have done”, help me understand whether I can wait some more time for a recovery or need to see a doctor. I ask you because I saw some improvements over the past days. It’s still clearly not fully recovered at all and I expect to have to wait some more weeks, if it can get back to normal by itself. I hope to just be scared and things will improve. This fear might have increased a bit my blood pressure (just a feeling).
