Injury Advice, Please.
I’ve only ever had one injury in almost 4 and half years of PE. I had thrombosis in a vein that starts at the top of my base and ends up in right CC. That was about 2 and a half years ago. It felt like little bb’s in that vein.
Fast forward to this morning, after almost finishing my routine, and the same vein was very hard. It feels similar to the bb’s, but this time the whole vein feels hard. I’m not to concerned, it doesn’t hurt, EQ and PI’s seem good. But obviously it’s not right. Hated to stop session but better safe than sorry.
I’ve come close many times to having this injury over the years, but I’ve always been able to massage it out. Not today.
So I’m asking the vets for any advice. I know right now rest is best, but any other tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
