Been a while since my last update.
I’ve been fortunate enough not to have any wet dreams since my last update. Progress, however, is still very slow.
Still getting night boners, still have HF, but the bulge, tightness feeling in my PF seems to have gone away. I’ve been supplementing with 2g (sometimes more) of high EPA fish oil, 5000iu vitamin D, 500mg magnesium, and 240mg of ginko biloba, and I believe they’ve been helping a little in regards to my injury, but I think they’ve been helping my overall mental and physical well-being more so than just my PF specifically. I plan on starting l-arginine+pycnogenol next week.
