Is this a permanent skin damage?

Is this a permanent skin damage?

Hello kings,

I got a skin tear a couple months ago and stopped all PE regiments after I noticed no gains in my newbie phase. I have been off now for approximately 3 months and this is what I got left. Is it healed but will permanently look like this? Can I start PE again?

Yes, you can resume your PE routine. What have you done to have a skin tear? In my penis 2 things: ingrown hair and consequences of hanging.

Hi Wess
the photo shows no more lesion so I think you can resume the PE. Before switching to the extender did you start with the beginner routine, did you adapt your penis to the stimuli gradually?
When you start again try to have a more cautious approach also to verify that indeed all the problems have disappeared. I use the pro extender. I greet you.

Ligament injury

Bro, I had an injury not long ago and I think it is in this ligament that you see in your personal post that I would really like to talk to you about. Do you use telegram? My penis has a more elongated side as you described.

Hey!

I have started again, keeping at 2hr/day the first weeks. I used the newbie routine with the jes extender. I am very cautious at the moment.

Hi Wess!
ok you do well to be very cautious and if the feedback is positive I think you can adapt the routine to new stimuli. Enjoy and keep us updated, regards
