Cycling 12 miles 5 times a week, 1 or 2 45mins futsal match per week for 5 years since the event. And now just 1mile swimming 4 to 5 times per week.

Very fine daily nutrition intake, sometimes Intermittent Fasting, include supplement. For 1 years since 4 years ago I haven’t seen any porn or ejaculated to study to get to university.

Forgot to notice that I have started that cycling like 1 years before the event too. With seat downward forward justified and just made contact to my butt only, not to my pelvis .

I suffered from E.D. + P.E. For over 2 years, recently cured it.

During this time I could take 100 mg viagra / 20 mg cialis, would still only get a 50-60% erection with a soft head. Didn’t really have any libido either. I was missing the animalistic desire to fuck and only fucked for self validation.

So what I have been doing is the following. Everyday I take a 60 minute walk. Right after the walk I stretch my pelvic floor, thoroughly. So around 20-30 minute pelvic / fullbody stretching per day.

1 month ago I couldn’t even get semi hard without the use of drugs.

I would consider cycling still. The arteries and nerves that are affected by cycling go all the way to the anus, the one supplying the penis. You said you started cycling 1 year before. That sounds about right. It doesnt happen overnight, but after repeated stress. I’m not saying I know the answer, just that personally I would stop cycling.

I would then research any supplements or treatments that could help repair nerves and vessels. Prescription strength fish oil, meriva tumeric (500mf 3x a day), vit C, zinc a few times a week.

If you have the means, stem cell injections.

Maybe you did injure yourself but cycling has kept you injured? It’s worth a shot. Obviously still exercise. Swimming would be good : )

Keep up with the pelvic floor stretches and look up Erosets vein oil, I’d use it two days on, one day off.

Have you done reverse kegels and kegels? In addition, are you familiar with Matt Cook’s program?

For anyone out there with the same problem, be strong and mindful, cause as I know nothing can treat this for now and maybe forever.

Keep living, I know its hard but as long as you can, making it more worth.
