There are the minor injuries that recover on their own in a fairly short period of time, but we are talking about long term or permanent injuries. The people with minor injuries that have gotten better have already revealed what they’ve done: rest and heat wraps. If that worked in all cases, then we wouldn’t be in this situation. The people who have gotten better from their minor injuries have already revealed what they’ve done, and it hasn’t worked for long term or permanent injuries, hence why they are long term or permanent.
Concerning long term or permanent injuries, about 10% are due to tense, knotted pelvic muscles, and these people respond immediately and drastically to physiotherapy. A small amount, I would estimate around 10% as well, have damage which causes their pelvic muscles to continuously tense back up. Then, there are the many injuries that don’t involve any symptoms of muscle tension, or show no response to physiotherapy. These are the people that are still working together and looking to find solutions.
If people who have recovered from minor injuries or don’t have injuries want to respectfully help, I would welcome them, but the whole point is that no one has the solution right now, and that’s why the injuries are long term or permanent.
