Nothing I say in this post is meant to offend or attack, just plain observations and opinions.
I just re-read this thread from the start (speed reading to put it lightly through the more detailed posts). No doctor did an even half thorough evaluation. Simply read back through the thread. I must say I think you want to believe so badly that there is no injury that you are misrepresenting things with vague and misleading statements like ‘he was evaluated by a doctor.’ One doctor hardly did a half assed evaluation with no tests, and others have talked about scheduling tests which either haven’t been done yet or with which there were issues in getting covered from insurance.
Suggestions from other members were just to forget about it, don’t talk about it, leave it alone, etc. Fine, but what if it hasn’t healed yet? Does the person now just need to keep their lips zipped because everyone said forget about it? The issue seems to be that if it does heal, then everyone will say great, if the person never posts back to say whether it healed after being told to stop posting, they will say well it must have healed because the person hasn’t come back, and if the person follows up to say it hasn’t healed yet, then they are ignoring the advice of not posting and forgetting about it. It’s a lose lose for anyone with an injury that hasn’t healed.
Also, the OP has been very blunt and detailed about what has happened. People have accused him of being nervous, but that doesn’t appear to be the case at all. He has posted pictures of his penis right away, boldly explained every symptom in crystal, long detail despite knowing people would get annoyed. He has been very open and straightforward about the entire situation. A nervous person might be more meek and quiet about posting about a penile injury especially when other people order them to stop posting. So anyone can do this armchair psychiatry and pseudo psychoanalysis about the OP based on his posts, but again it’s totally subjective and can be biased as hell. We don’t know what kind of person he is and shouldn’t judge.
Last, I don’t agree with this notion of obsessing and making something that there isn’t. Some guys with injuries who you might dismiss because they haven’t gotten a clear diagnose for a number of possible reasons have had very clear, very noticeable symptoms 24/7, every single second of every single day, ever since the moment of their injury during penis enlargement, and never had anything at all of that nature before.
I hate to see this tremendous pressure put on people with injuries. It really isn’t fair to them. People can state their opinions, but if the person doesn’t agree, I don’t think it’s right to keep hounding them.
