Lig Rip ???!!!

I just had what I think was a lig pop. But, it sounded more like a quick rip or tear.

I had a hanging session this morning. A few minutes ago I was in the bathroom and did piss pull. When I pulled downward I heard the freaky noise.

Do lig pops sometimes sound a little more like a rip?

Is this a sign of an injury?

MY ligs are sore but nothing painful.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They sound like a pop. Are you sure you didn’t split your pants doing the piss pull?

As long as there’s no pain I wouldn’t be too concerned.

It was just a pop and if it don’t hurt it’s most likely nothing but why don’t you play it safe and take 2 days off
