Had a slight lymph vessel issue a while back and laid off PE for a bit [really just cut back- actually stopping was something I was incapable of because I am an idiot :head: ].

It seemed to go away.

But recently the same area presents a “lymphy” lump whenever PE is attempted, regardless of method- hanging, pumping!, jelqing, even PE weights will create a matching subcutaneous pattern of fluid retention when applied.

Other than marring my pretty dick, there isn’t any particular discomfort. Wood sportage and “Lymph Lump” have an inconsistent relationship, with no apparent correlation. It may appear during intercourse or during what I like to call “self- worth affirmation practice” sessions- you probably refer to it as jerking off. If it appears while I am engaged in self-love, I have to shift grip to ease pressure otherwise I risk increasing the fluid build-up.

Now I am laying off PE- other than the occasional post piss pull- but after over a month, the damn thing is still there. I’ve tried all the standard T-vein therapies [for an unassociated Thrombosis] other than Eroset’s EVO, and that’s be in effect by Friday 5 August at the latest, but somehow I don’t know that vaso-constriction is the issue here.

Any help anyone can offer will be forever appreciated.

I don’t understand yet what you have. Where exactly is the “lump?” How large is it? Does it get in the way of sex or ‘self-worth affirmation?’

Andro I have something that is exactly as you described. I started a thread on it titled ‘Bulge on side of penis after ulis’ (or something like that. But now that post seems to have disappeared.

Like you I would get a fluid build up no matter what I tried. It got to the stage that even jerking off would cause a fluid build up. I took six weeks off (no PE at all). Just Today (friday 5th aug) I have returned to PEing. I did 250 jelgs this morning and 150 at night. So far it has not swelled up. However there seems to be a vein that is more prominent after jelqing, but this goes down after about 20-30 mins.

I found that massaging my penis with baby oil (fully erect) for aboout 20 mins every other day helped to clear up the swelling. But I only started the massageing after about two weeks of stopping PE, by this time the fluid build up had well and truely subsided.

My advice would be to leave off any PE for 6-8 weeks. After the fluid build up is completly gone (after about 2 weeks) try massaging with oil. But no PE.

The fluid build up is caused by a blockage of the lymph vessel, the major cause of this is strangulation of the penis. In other words we have applied too much pressure while jelqing or doing uli’s.

Thanks kindly sir, what you describe is exactly what I was experiencing. Because the lump was localized on the prior irked lymph vessel, I wasn’t freaked, especially since I can easily get a very lymphy johnson after aggressive Jelqing or long light pumping- I make donuts like Mr. Dunkin*. Since I don’t ULI yet- still prioritizing length- it was Jelqing, perhaps with light pumping and a cock strap "ADS".

I’ll try to resist the urge to sneak in any PE until after Labor Day, then begin erect massage with EVO. Yesterday I began heat and flaccid EVO massage therapy for the aforementioned unrelated T-vein, so hopefully that will not interfere with the lymph lump recovery.

Did you also lay off intercourse and self worth affirmation?

Please let me know how you get on with the EVO. I Too have been thinking of using it for the lymph vessel, because it is a vasodilator it may help to expand the restricted lymph vessel.

No I didn’t lay off, I just cut down on how often I did it, as well as the duration. If you have sex or jerk off for a long time the fluid builds up. So for your own good cut back.

This morning I did 300 jelq….so far all is well. I will do about 200 this evening and see how I get on. I reckon that if I am able to get back to doing about 600 jelqs a day (300 morning and 300 evening) I will be able to get back on track with my PE. However this time I plan to take a day off every 3rd day (2on 1off). This should give me sufficient time for any lymph fluid build up to subside.

Andro…How are you getting on with your abstanence from PE?

Just to let you know, I have had 8 PE sessions since my return (upto this post). The last three have been pretty intense jelq workouts. The good news is that there has been no lymph fluid build-up at all. If this remains like this for another week or so I will introduce manual stretches into the workouts. At the moment my cock feels almost as it did pre-injury. I am able to work it until it is fatigued.

So it would seem that the 6 week break and massage have helped greatly. Therfore I highly recommend that you take a break, I know it is very hard to stop PE when you start. But a healthier dick is more important.

Andro How are you getting on with the EVO?

I have just completed my second week back to PE, my workputs are back to the same level of intensity as before the injury. The good news is that there is no fluid build-up. This is amazing because during the injury the slightist stimulation would cause a large bulge.

Andro I put the healing down to the rest period, followed by fully erect massaging with baby oil. (I only did this after two weeks of completly no PE and no massage or any stimulation).
