I doubt there is a single guy on the mod crew who hasn’t had had several ‘injuries’ over time.
PE is like any other exercise - it doesn’t matter how careful you are - if you are a competitive swimmer or footballer or tennis player or (fill in the sport!) and you train hard, you absolutely will eventually get an injury. And just like sports injuries, PE injuries heal in almost every case.
To get a PE injury that will not recover, just like a sports related injury that will not recover, requires massive trauma, (or an incredibly rare pre-existing weakness that would have probably shown up before ever doing PE, e.g. after rough sex or masturbation).
I have done extremely intensive PE at times, often testing out the limits so I can advise others on the safety of exercises.
I don’t count being unable to get a good erection for several days after over-training as an injury, any more than I count not being able to sprint for several days after a monster squat session as an ‘injury’. It’s just over training.
I’ve had burst blood vessels from high pressure clamping that have turned half my penis black with bruising. Sometimes they have taken a couple of months to fully heal, but I’ve just shrugged my shoulders and taken a couple of months off and let them heal, then started back slowly and gently.
Guys: if you get an injury and clearly state what you did to get it and what the symptoms are, and an experienced PEer (or several) tells you not to worry, or conversely to get to a doctor as soon as reasonably possible, listen to them.
As soon as you start to think your penis won’t work, it won’t - loads of guys get ‘performance syndrome’ and can’t get hard even with a hot girl just because they are nervous. Imagining you have some terrible injury when you don’t is like being nervous x 50; of course your penis won’t get hard.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".
