I think this would be a real low-risk or even risk-less way to our plight as this procedure can also be done without any incision at all.
We also don’t suffer from general ED (with several venous leaks) but only have troubles keeping our glans inflated, so it should be much easier to fix compared to severe cases.
The problem with DDV embolization/ligation is that though it seems to work, the results do not last. What I’ve read indicates that from 6 months to several years down the track, new veins will have begun to re-innervate to make up for the closed DDV. The symptoms will begin to re-emerge and eventually the penis goes back to exactly where it was before the embolization.

As far as I’m concerned, that’s a deal-breaker. The vein-tucking-procedure is potentially far more viable.
