Yo deeppurple9, I feel sorry for you man. I was reading ur thread today because I thought I had the same problem. Luckily, things are already getting better for me. These are some things I was going to buy to help with my gym workouts and PE. It’s all stuff that increases blood flow throughout the body (including the penis). I’m not saying these will cure your problem, but I would bet money that they help if you USE THEM ALL.
1. AAKG - (you can substitute this for L-Arginine if you want. I prefer AAKG.)
2. L-Citrulline -
3. Test booster -
4. Waxy Maize -
Schedule -
Take 2 to 3 grams of AAKG combined with 2 grams of L-citrulline and 1 or 2 scoops of Waxy Maize at the following times -
1. 15 mins before breakfast
2. 15 Mins before lunch
3. Sometime in the afternoon between lunch and dinner
4. Before you go to bed
For the testosterone booster just follow the directions on package.
For the waxy maize, the scoop usually comes in the package, but if not it’s about 40 grams per scoop.
Hit the gym too, man. That seriously helps. If you don’t want to lift weights then you need to be jogging. Whenever I sense my EQ is slacking I start to jog. After about 2 days of jogging I have rock hard erections in the morning that tend to make my dick ache.
