PE gave me irreversible ED

I think you should return to a light newbie routine and don’t even think about clamping for months!

Seriously…

Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

No, just wait a week, then start light and build up slowly again, and try not to over-train at all.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Is there any direct connection between androgens and venous leak ? The ones which have "the symptoms" of venous leak have done blood panels? Meaning measuring hormone levels? And also other markers ?

‘Because from this study, it seems so(rats,mind you): http://www.andr ologyjournal.or … nt/24/5/699.pdf

Best to tread lightly Thunder. I smells me a lawsuit. Oye vey!

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

As far as going to a urologist, I guess it wouldn’t hurt but I don’t think it is necessary. If you can get an erection with Viagra then physiologically your OK. This then becomes a psychological problem. Firegoat brings a proper thought to this and that is you’ve over trained. I concur with him that you should just back off for a while and carry on with life. Once you’ve become satisfied that your OK then you might want to resume exercises.

This is not true. Such speculative advice is very dangerous, especially if the man considered going to see a professional. Please stop that.

Viagra was discovered accidentally since the men as a side-effect noticed hard-ons. Compared to the placebo group it yields several times better results. So it’s effect is very physiological.

It´s too dangerous to put your level of testosterone up the normal levels, mine are up because I´m 21. Imagine those who had this therapies done have hipogonadism, low hormones, and much olders than me. Mine is just physical, nothing to do with hormones. Unfortunately.. thanks anyway.

deeppurple9: What exactly is your testosterone? Please specify both total T and Free T. Sorry is this has been covered before (it’s a long thread), but I’ve recently learned that erections become essentially impossible if your Free T drops below 50 pg/ml. Total T is largely irrelevant to erectile function, since most of it is bound up by SHBG. Free T is the thing to watch.

I think you must be confused. What I said is not speculative advise it is the same advice I had from my urologist concerning ED. In the case of a young person who ED should not be an age related factor. It proves the physiological aspect of the patient is fully functional. What he was concerned about was venous leakage. If you have venous leakage your not going to respond to Viagra.
Secondly, I didn’t say he shouldn’t see his doctor. He isn’t in some sort of life threatening condition so a reasonable time period is not going to jeopardise anything. If he continues to have negative symptoms then certainly he should see his doctor.

In your second response the physiological affect is what I said.

I agree with monty, if it is a problem with the actual workings of the penis - then viagra won’t help either. Your penis can either get erect, or it can’t…

Guys, Viagra has a strong physiological effect, this is a fact that a simple google search will confirm in 2 minutes. Thus it CAN NOT possibly be a proof that “the physiological aspect of the patient is fully functional”. It is simple logic.

Hi you all. sorry I didn´t answer, I was on holidays and didn´t have a pc.

Matwiej, If the venous leak is mild to average, viagra can really helps you. a lot, really. If you had an erection of about an hour I think there´s nothing to worry, but you can go to an urologist to be sure.

jijipuku, I´ve venous leak, and all the rest is ok, testosterone, nerves, heart, all.

modestman, I don´t remember exactly the levels, and don´t want to search the paper now, but all who seem said it was perfect for my age, and I´m 21 so I think there were high.

If you want to be sure if your problem is psychological or not, go to an uro and say him you want a rigiscan performed, (show nocturnal erections, and their rigidity), that´s the best approach available now. If you have morning erections, it´s almost innecesary because it´s like a prove you have good nocturnal erections. that doesn´t mean that if you don´t have them your nocturnal are not good, so to be sure, nothing better than this.

Please check just in case. Lots of docs don’t know what heathy levels are and assume that all is A-ok as long as you’re within the “normal range.” I’ve learned, however, that the “normal range” includes some very low levels, so low, in fact, that erections become impossible.

Shit! Everything that has been described here sounds like something I have. I was doing my newbie routine and my erections and EQ was getting bad so I stopped. I havn’t had MW since. My flacid hang is normal…maybe some stiffness. I can get an erection while watching porn and high concentrated manual stimulating, but it doesnt feel like its 100% and it goes away if I don’t keep jerking it. If I don’t do any of this, I just don’t get excited enough. Its been about a week and a half since all this happened.

I hope I don’t have a V leak, but the evidence points in its direction :(

That could just as easily be from over training a bit, and watching too much porn. It’s only been a week and a half. Leave it alone and don’t watch any porn and report back in another week. :)

Stay away from this forum section for 3 weeks. Don’t read any injury forums. It will freak you out and destroy you mentally regardless if you have done damage or not. And it will definitely make it harder to be clear about the state of your penis. I am sure you now constantly have the urge to test your erections. It would be really wise not to go down that route. I am serious, I have been throught this shit.

In 3 weeks return here and report. If the symptoms stay, check the “firm flaccid” thread. The stiffness and lower EQ are common to this condition. More likely than a pure venous leak, I think.

Again: DO NOT read any horror stories and stay away from your dick.
