Sorry to hear about this, I was really rough with my dick so early on, I had no clue this sort of thing could happen, I guess you were unlucky. There must be something about your genetics or something which make PE unsuitable for you. I have seen warnings on the newbie page in some people it can cause problems but in the vast majority of people it doesn’t.

Sorry to hear about yr problem. I am in a similar situation. I didn’t damage my veins though, I damaged the smooth muscle in the corporal chambers, they tore and led to deformity and dysfunction. I too have discussed an implant with an andrologist, I am 28 and he too states that I am very young to under go this option. It is however an option, the implant that you mention does seem the best. Length wise it is up to 21 cm, obviously it will take a lot of use to stretch to it’s full range and in some cases girth will increase. Research from people’s opinions suggest that implants are a good option, no loss of feeling, normal orgasm. The main down side is loss of length and an irreversible decision my the patient, and yes they can malfunction, so at a young age you may expect a replacement. Who knows what will be developed in the future. If you have been told that the tissues in the penis etc do not regenerate then I have been told the same by a urologist and probably the best andrologist in Europe. With regards venous leakage, there are operations, where they band the veins together.

You have to remember that there is a solution to your problem and it may be an implant, you must not stop thinking that you can not get a functioning penis again, because you can. There are lots of people in the same position as you. In the future you will find a solution that will greatly improve your life.

Thanks a lot portland. I´m sure someday we´ll found a real solution, better than an implant. Have you read about dr. atala´s research on pennis regeneration? it´s really impressionant. I´m sure this will change our lives in years. But now,

as the implant as an option, I know that the worst thing is the lenght lose and the mechanical erection.

About the lenght, it´s accord to your pennis, you can´t have that 21 cm implant in a 15 cm pennis, but it´s the best choice when you can´t have an erection with pills or injections. I add to Dyablo´s question too. What really happened to you and when?

I was thinking the other day, about how the venous leak happens when smooth muscle fails to relaxe and close the veins that stop blood from leaving the penis.

Would a muscle relaxer have any effect on this? I took some the other day an noticed a little bit better of a flaccid hang, but who knows, it varies with me. I never got an erection to see if my glans filled up it all while I was on them(normally do not), never had the right time or place to.

I read the whole thread, and I don’t get one thing. Deeppurple9, in the Spanish forum you said something like “viagra every day”, and now you cannot achieve an erection. I’m not implying that you’re lying, I’m just trying to understand what happened. Did your state after the injury get worse as time passed?

How long has it been now?

Have you tried pranic healing and has it made any difference?

Have you consulted other urologists? A man can be very knowledgeable and respected and still be very dogmatic and blind about new methods. Maybe there’s someone who can help you permanently. And frankly his reaction after you told him about jelqing does not indicate a very enlightened person.

Owen, I started with 50 mg of viagra and it helped a little, so I thought that 100 mg should be the difference, and it could improve, but the improvements weren´t there, then I proved injections, at highest doses, and the effect was for not more than 15 mins. and really really painful. I didn´t see any improvement until now, since march.

I talked with a man that practice prannic healing, but he told me really not to spect a miracle from it. Maybe he saw me enthusiastic and didn´t want to make me feel worse if nothing happened, but I dind´t try after what he said.

I have consulted another uro, he told that the shot´s are the more powerful treatment, but are painful and

need low temperatures. He said that a new researh about K channels in erection problems is being done and with good results, so to have hopes and be strong minded and if nothing happen in a time I consider I can´t stand so we should reconsider the implant.

If I got serious erection problems with PE then I don’t think I would keep coming on this site lol. Are you not insanely angry?

You must be totally honest with us and yourself deeppurple9, there has been many members who do the same thing and nothing happens to them. I am in no way doubting you, these things don’t just happen for no reason. And maybe if there is some thing your penis has due to your genes or something, that would cause that to happen if anything like PE was performed, I would try to help and understand the cause to further stop this from happening to anyone else.

Guys I think it is naive of us to think what we would do and how altruistically we would behave in his situation. And I don’t think it’s really appropriate to tell him what to do or what he should do. In his position I don’t think we would be very patient with such ramblings and “opinions”.

DP9, have you tried using the pump?

Are there any famous healers in Argentine, not necessarily pranic? Who knows, maybe someone has really weird powers? I have heard of people recovering from cancer and paralysis in such cases. But then again it might not be worth the trouble.
