I have to write an update:

The guitar string with the beads along my staff never really disappeared, it only got smaller almost not noticeable last time I posted.

But, two weeks after when I speed up the PE and sex it came back and didn’t got smaller with one week of no PE. But last week I just didn’t care I did my regular PE somehow I noticed that if I was jelqing with an erection of not more that 50% the string didn’t swallow that much and didn’t get irritated. However the sex was challenging as this hard vein was most noticeable one of the side close to the glans, which made me super sensitive just as when I was a teen. So there was a lot of stopping and going and near- to- cumming- points. But it payed off as it seems it got more desensitized. For the the last days it is still there more or less but far less sensitive than when it all stated.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.7 G: 4.65, NOW: BPEL: 7.48 G: 5.7 GOAL L:8.7 G:6.3 (old goal; L:8.0 G: 6.0)

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

The problem is now totally gone, it was for 2 weeks now. Haven’t done anything in particular. Concerning PE I did only a maintenance exercises.

I had something similar now recently, although the cause is stretching, not clamping or whatever.

Also guitar string like and feels like pearls, and also mild pain at the base when I touch it. Is it really a vein Ares?? Because the one I feel doesn’t have a color. In fact, I can’t even tell if it’s a superficial fascia tear or a thrombosed vein.
Whenever I jelly it gets swollen, and shrinks after a few days.
It started off with a bruise which has now healed(no longer blue at least), but I still have that thrombosis like string. It doesn’t seem to make progress in healing. Have I torn a part of the inner skin or something? Will I need surgery?
It also follows my foreskin when I pull it back.
