Hello TP… so far in my journey I have only been doing manual exercises such as Jelqing, manual stretches, and a little bit of bathmate pumping for about 5-10 minutes.

I stopped using pumps because I just felt like it was making me uncomfortable. I returned back to PE at the beginning of this year with just manual exercises and jelqs, but have been noticing that the back of my shaft has bruising. Wondering if I should be concerned about this and does it go away ? Also I masturbate a lot too, maybe like once or twice a day. i don’t know if that’s whats causing it ? If you look at the last picture, on the right side of the shaft underneath, the skin looks more shriveled than the other side and to me that looks like its been damaged or bruised, but i’m unsure…

Depending on the intensity of your jelqing sessions, you could be overdoing it. I once gave myself a blister on my glans from jelqing. Too much pressure buildup. That usually only happens if I over-pump (high vacuum, packing, long time). It takes time to get you penis acclimated to the abuse of PE, similar to it taking time for muscles to adjust to intense exercises. Take your time, stop your session if you have discomfort, slowly build up to your routine, and be persistent. Good luck.

Is the area tender to the touch? How does it look flaccid? Do you schedule any off days in your routine? I agree with Dickosaurus’ suggestion. Take a day or two off to heal and reduce intensity of your sessions.

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

I haven’t jelqed or done any kind of PE in like 2-3 months now. Only thing I do is masturbate frequently like everyday. Maybe I should stop with that too and see what happens in about a week to see if it’s still there.

I don’t see anything overly worrisome in your pictures. Some busted vessels and abrasion is all I see. Your shaft skin is just pissed off. Nothing a few days off “of everything” shouldn’t fix. If it turns color like a dark tan, it’s left over iron from blood trapped in your skin. That will eventually go away, too.

Did you ever get into hanging?

In my experience, when I use too tight a grip it causes bruising. When I use one hand to squeeze or don’t equally share angles, it causes that imbalance. Maybe try to switch hands for a while and see if anything changes, and if there’s bruising maybe focus more on stretching or light stuff until it looks better.

Waited for a few more items. I just need to grab a bucket, weights, and create a weekly routine after I figure out the basic scientific stuff behind it. Going to be doing Vacuum Hanging soon bro.

I had the same problem, I think too much tightening or applying too much pressure.
