Persistent long term loss of sensitivity, nerve damage - please help

Not to count that the OP’ problem wasn’t caused by PE, if I’m not wrong.

No mine wasn’t caused by PE. Anyways, Willy, are you serious when you say absolutely NO sensitivity has returned whatsoever?? What was the doctors diagnosis? I still have sensitivity in my scrotum and can feel touch, some hot, some cold, on the penis but it terms of pleasure and overall sensitivity it is definitely down 60-70%. I can still feel the pain from the injury. I’m hoping if I can completely heal the injury it might come back.

What measures have you taken to heal yourself? Have you tried everything like b6, folic acid, omega 3, b12, same-e, etc? Did you completely abstain from masturbation/sex for a long period? Please let me know more about your situation.

And narrator, could you please chime in more on your situation and how you healed?

It’s just bizarre to me that at 28 yo I will never experience the full sensation of sex and all the emotions that go along with it for the rest of my life. That is pure tragedy. I’m willing to try anything I can to bring this back. Ill be a stem cell guinea pig if I have to.

Yes.

I’m not in the business of misleading people. There’s always a chance you may be different ofcourse, don’t forget that, but I can only speak from my experience.

And yes it is a tragedy, an absolute tragedy, which is why I suggest you tell your family (father?) or explain to your GP that you would like to see a therapist because you need some help to cope with the effect the lack of treatment available for this problem causes and ofcourse the problem itself.

I strongly recommend anti-depressants (make sure they are of the family that doesn’t cause erectile dysfunction ofcourse). They have dragged me from the very dark place I was in after this happened to me. I have come to some acceptance of my problem (the other option was unthinkable) and I have made women and sex the lowest priority in my life. It’s the only way I have been able to cope.

Nobody said it was.

Why so defensive?

John, my thread is here….

Jelqing has destroyed my life A warning.

May I suggest you skip the first few pages, which are full of people on here calling me a "troll" or a "liar" and refusing to believe such a thing can happen.

It’s not defensive it is simply ‘Don’t go to bury yourself if you still don’t know if you are dead.’, that’s what it is. Your problem could be different than his problem, since the cause isn’t even the same.

Antidepressants could be a good idea in your case assuming a doctor prescribed them, but it’s not something you should ‘strongly suggest’ to somebody you don’t even know, reading few posts through the Internet, when you not even are a doctor.

I’m already going to be trying an anti-depressant. But I still do want want to give up on this. May I ask what A.D. You are using? I was thinking lexapro as it can cause anorgasmia but not ED.

Anyone else out there with suggestions for healing nerve damage?

Not sure since you have talked to doctors if it could help but just curious: have you looked anywhere online to see what is written about nerve damage and remedies for it? Honestly the doctors suggestions to just take an ED pill to increase blood flow personally I think it can’t be the only way to help you out. Blood flow makes sense to healing the nerve though because it needs to have more essential nutrients headed its way for healing. Apart from doing the heating/cooling that you have already done not sure you can do more in that department ( maybe warm baths if you don’t already do this, at least not just for your unit but just for you to relax as well ) You could perhaps try using a mixture of Eurosets Vein Oil? It has some essential oils in it that help increase blood flow and will create a heating sensation there. Also if you do masturbate like you said in your OP I would recommend a fleshlight then, because at least it is extremely soft textures on your dick and not your hand ( which your penis obviously doesn’t like ) Also using the fleshlight might help you concentrate more on trying to feel the area which might in turn trigger your brain to increase healing of the nerve there ( sort of like self hypnosis maybe? ) I think your best bet is to keep positive in this whole ordeal even though it is super scary. I really do believe you can recover your sensitivity down there with patience. Time heals all wounds doesn’t it? I really hope you get better. Goodluck and keep posting here because when you do turn it around and regain your sensitivity it will be one hell of a story to tell :)

It would I appear I know exactly how he’s feeling huh Marinera, certainly more than you do??

It would appear that if you are not able to do a such simple exercise like jelqing without breaking your penis irremediably - or so you do believe - then maybe you aren’t that much qualified to advise anything to anybody. How does that sound?

Patronising.

Yeah maybe it is.

But the fact that you can understand how he feels has nothing to do with what I was saying, I think you can aknowledge that. Not the case to suggest to take medicines or that his problem could be permanent. He has only reduced sensitivity. His issue is different from yours, not the case to spread desperation.

Even nerves heal. I had major nerve damage in an accident that twisted off the bones in my left leg and left me really fucked up for a long time. I couldn’t move my toes properly for more than 6 months due to the nerve damage, and I didn’t have proper sensitivity on many parts of my leg until a long time after.

I remember getting some light nerve damage once in my dick, but I healed up pretty quickly. Had reduced sensitivity for a month or so.

You should heal up in time.

Thanks for replies guys. This truly is the most frightening/depressing thing I have ever experienced in my entire life.

As far as using a flesh light, I think I want to try and avoid all friction for a good period of time. I know that even the slightest most minimal and least frictional masturbation seems to trigger more numbness. Even light jogging seems to irritate things. After all this time the nerves still seem to be ever more prone to further damage. I believe I need give up all contact aside from washing and hot wraps. I will also look into that eurosets oil.

God I am really feeling the brunt of this right now. It really drains all the life/motivation out of me when I have no libido and when I know sex would basically be about as pleasurable as rubbing my fingers together. I’m really praying that these nerves can heal despite the constant re-irritation. I just can’t see how I could live the rest of my life like this. I mean women are practically the MAIN driving force behind male existence.

If anyone else has any more insight/personal experience please do tell.
