Hello, today while doing my routine, i experienced my first injury. Just jelqing and stretching.

During my routine, (100 wet jelqs straight down or straight out (usually go for straight down) i noticed a definite odd feeling in the left side of my cock, on the left side and on top somewhat on the left side. I stopped and started, over and over again, probably got to around 50 jelqs total, but decided its not worth it and i should just take an extended decon break (11-14 days at least).
How do i know it was my ligs? Well at first i was honestly scared as hell as i thought maybe i burst a vein or was putting to much strain on a vein. Well feeling around the base of my cock (thats where the feeling was, almost pain) i was able to isolate it to a particular area on the left side base of my cock, as well as the top base of my cock.
Whats it sound like to you guys?
Also, the right side, or stretching to the right was the only direction I used my rice sock as a fulcrum. Using fulcrums are definitely an advanced technique you should not use till your experienced and knowledgeable in that area, as the stretch you can have is pretty intense.

Basically, i used my rice sock as a fulcrum, just messing around when i was stretching pre session. got a nice stretch to the right, then proceeded to my routine. I started to feel a definite new feeling, almost pain on the left side of my dock, at the base, and ontop on the base. This is me overstretching some ligs or something right? From the fulcrum?
When jelqing, the feeling would travel up my dick to about just before the middle shaft.
I think im going to take a 11-14 day break, as i have not had a decon break yet in my PE career.
What do you guys think, please help a bro out!
