my first injury. suggestions?
I’m sorry if this is kinda long, but I wanted to be as detailed as possible.
How I think I injured it…
I was just entering my two month PE using the reg newbie routine (10 warm up, 10 min stretches, 250 WJ or DJ, no warm down). I had just been experimenting with the DJ. The DJ was easier to do and I felt like I was able to get a better pump than WJ. The down side to my DJ is my technique felt kind of off. I would get a good pump of blood, but my OK grip would rup against the tubes inside my penis (inner stuff surrounded by skin?) and veins. The jelq wasn’t painful, but it did feel like it was ruff against my tubes and veins or whatever.
Another thing I added into my newbie routine was fowfers. I would fowfer as much as possible during they day (2 hrs total/day) and sometimes fall asleep in the bed fowfer position. Anyway my MW became non existent and keeping an erec became difficult (I had to rely on porn during my routine). However, my flacid hang stayed pretty good.
At this time I was going through a slight depression so I couldn’t tell if my bad PI’s were due to a hardwork out or the neg emotions.
The injury…?
I first noticed that something was wrong when I was fooling around with my gf. My dick got hard as usual, but as I went down on her…it became flacid. I tried to manually stimulate it, but nothing. I’ve been in worse depressions before, but I was always able to get it up, so I don’t think it was because of this. I went home and watched porn to get it up. After some time, it did (85-90% erect). As soon as I stopped stroking my boy, it immediately began to shrink. It only stays erect if I keep manually stimulating it and kegeling. The next day me and my gf were fooling around again and the same thing happened. Today, I tried to get it up on my own. With porn and manual stimulation I was able to get it to 100%, but it would shrink if i wasn’t touching it. Also, even though it was 100% erect, I didn’t feel that explosive power within my penis…
Today…
I havn’t had good MW in about a week and a half and spontaneous erections are none existant during the day. My flacid hang is good at times, but it also feels tighter than usual at the base. When I try to stretch it (just to investigate) it feels like it is resisting. I’m not sure if this is due to my injury or bc I havn’t PEed in about a week. I don’t have any pain and no external sign of injury is evident. I am also not taking any pills for my on/off depression.
I plan on resting my guy and stay away from PE until my EQ and positive signs are up. I also won’t masturbate until then. I plan on warming up/massaging my penis every day and will try to get my hands on some reverse ED supplements.
Other advice/diagnosis??
