Please, help me hit those ligs

Hi all.

Someone recently said here that you doesn´t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to pull your member. Well, I guess I need to be one, at least to figure out how to pull it the right way.

This is my history: I´ve been PEing on and off for about two years. My gains are basically nothing. Ok, I might have got some extra girth - at least it looks a little veiner and hangs nicer after a good squeeze workout - but I´m pretty satisfied with girth from the start so it´s really nothing I strive for so I have never measured that.

What I want is length and I have gained nothing. I´m stuck at my initial just shy of 8 inches EBPL. Not bad, I know, but I would like more if I can have it.

I have tried basically every stretch technique there is: homemade hangers, manual stretches in every possible direction, JAI-stretches, V-stretches and so on. I always thought that I felt some slight pain/fatigue in my ligs after doing these techniques, especially hanging, but here´s the bad news:

A few days ago I realized that what I always thought was lig burns in the pubic area, was actually just skin stretching! Yup, you heard right. I´m so freaking stupid that I always thought I was working the ligs, but what I did was stretching the skin at the base of my penis. No wonder I haven´t gained any length!

So here´s my questions: How the heck does it feel when I hit the ligs, and what should I do to target/isolate the ligs?

Thing is, when I do some technique where the skin is involved (like hanging), I just feel skin stretch and when I do some technique where i grip behind the head, under the skin (like manual stretching between the cheeks), I don´t feel anything in my ligs.

Suggestions anyone?

My suggestion would be to get the skin stretched out first, because it is a limiting factor in getting to the ligs :)

I´m uncut and have alway had lots of skin. Two years of stretching skin has given me even more so I find it hard to belive that tight skin is the limiting factor here.

In your post you said you are getting skin stretch. That alone indicates you have more of this to do. I bet if you looked at you flaccid stretched length and compared it to erect BPL you will see a much greater length in the flaccid, indicating gains are ahead. I hang all day every day and don’t expect to stop stretching skin for a long time- my goal is less than what you are now :) My guess is the skin you have stretched is being used in the girth gains, so you will have to go through it again. Just some more thoughts :)

You didn’t say whether you tried a production bib hanger. I too am uncut and have noticed a huge difference in performance between a home made hanger and a production bib. The homemade hanger gives me much much more skin stretch and I seem to be able to hang more weight with it because not only are the ligs taking up the weight but also the skin. However when using the bib starter, I find that after an initial period of skin stretch, the ligs are targeted and fatigue is reached more efficiently. In fact in the future, I intend to switch short periods of hanging with a homemade bib hanger for 3-5 days per month or so, just so I could “divide and conquer” as Bib says, and really stretch that skin.

Long story short, if you haven’t tried it, take the plunge and order a Bib hanger.

When I (manual) stretch I hold under the foreskin and wrap a little cloth around just behind the head (a portion of an old t-shirt). I’d say its pretty hard to just stretch skin doing that :)

I stretch in 20 min sessions (renewing circulation every 3-5 mins) 1-2 time a day in the morning and even from once per day I can still feel the results of the stretch in the evening. I do a 5 min hot wrap b4 and after.

Works 4 me.

2in2002: Unfortuneatly my stretched length is same as my EBPL. Yes, I´m still getting skin stretch and that´s what is bugging me. I have a feeling that I´m doing something wrong, but I can´t figure out what. I also find it hard to understand how skin can be the limiting factor since skin can be stretched almost indefinitely.

HairyGuy: I never used a production hanger. I don´t have the privacy to hang anymore so I had to put away my homemade and skip my plans to buy a bib.

memento: That´s pretty much what I do too. I don´t get skin stretches from these manuals, but I just can´t feel them working the ligs.

Which sums up my problem: With manual stretching (grip under the skin behind the head) I don´t feel it in the ligs. When hanging or doing some manual stretch where the skin is involved (like V-stretches) I just get skin stretch.

hmm, ok when I stretch I sit on a chair apply grip and stretch with the middle of the shaft resting on the chair (the chair has padding) I only need a single hand to produce a nice stretch. Maybe you should try experimenting with the amount of force you use, try less/more and judge the effectiveness by how your penis feels once you’ve stretched for 20 mins.

I hope all this isn’t way too obvious.

Just been stretching and noticed something I do which may (or may not) help. When I stretch I apply grip stretch moderately and let go slightly then stretch harder. I guess its a miny (J)AI before the main stretch (I don’t kegel or anything). Its weird but without that the stretch is not nearly a good.

You got me thinking about the force of the pull…Maybe I´m just not pulling hard enough - could it be that simple? The force of my pull has always been about the same. It´s not easy to describe the force of the pull but I don´t pull anyway near of as hard as I can. I can get a decent grip behind the head (ok-sign, palm down) without any cloth, baby powder or rubber gloves.

Do you guys pull hard (and I mean HARD), so hard your arms/hands get tired? I never do that. I´m too scared that something will snap and I´ll end up with the head of my dick lying in my hand, like a pink table tennis ball… :-(

I wouldn’t say it really that much force but then its all relative , isn’t it. I experimented and found that beyond a certain point (that good stretching point) more force simple does nothing. On the other hand pulling down simply with the weight of your hand will probably do very little.

What I do is really simple. I sit with my legs apart, shins vertical and about 3” of the chair showing between. Its a shivel chair with good padding. I get a good grip with my right hand with the knuckles pointing towards my left thigh. I pull down and lock my arm straight. At this stage to keep up a good pull I’m not having to exert to much and to increase the pull I can just lean forward or rotate my hips backward. In this position the head of my penis is not at the same angle as the rest of the shaft and I’m slightly worried about the long term effect of stretching that way but I haven’t seen any bad results yet.

I don’t think my dick will come off in my hands :) I hope not anyway.

Did you try the ‘whip and JAI’ yet? I couldn’t feel it either until I developed that technique. It is a pretty new post- check it out :)

If your flacid stretched length is much greater than your ebpl, this indicates gains are ahead.

This is the best news I heard all week! Is it a fact?

I do not know if it is a fact. Many people here and on peforum believe it to be true- I am assuming this is based on experience. It is working for me so far, so I am going with it for now. I never measured my stretched flaccid length until I started seeing others that do it regularly. They swear by it, and it makes sense that if the skin is stretched out beyond where the tissues end- then the tissues can grow into the stretched skin :)

I´m gonna experiment a bit with pulling force and look into that whip and JAI-thing.
