Hi, I have been doing PE for the better side of a month now; stretching, warming up, and jelquing are the exercises I have been sticking too due to my inexperience and advice of other people. My warm up time goes from anywhere to 4-7 minutes some days with a hot rag, others in a hot shower, sometimes I use a container with hot water. My jelquing time however is all over the place. I started at 10 minutes, but not vary from 15-25 minutes. This, as I know, is too long and probably no good for gains to my size or EQ but I am young so EQ has not bothered me much ever.

Well. A couple of days ago my girlfriend and I had sex for a good 3 hours total with a little break in the middle due to her soreness and exhaustiveness (?). As you can imagine my EQ was lacking greatly at that point and we eventually stopped after I have her her fair share of orgasms. I masturbated the two days after that, and gave myself a break during those two days from any PE. Well after those two days my penis has become VERY thin for me, flaccid or erect, at around 4.7 instead of my usual 5.2+. I’ve been jelquing recently at about 15-20 minutes but nothing is changing. Although I think I have gained slight length it does not make up for the half inch of girth I have seemingly lost out of no where. I have no idea what could cause this thinning and am honestly quite worried. I believe I have a tight grip while jelquing if that matters at all.

Also multiple veins have appeared on my penis that connect to my dorsal vein. I take those as a good thing though as they are soft to the touch and do not hurt. I also have what looks like tree branches on the side of my penis now erect or flaccid that resemble very skinny veins in case those could be anything bad.

Honestly I would love help to find out what is happening to my girth and why I lost so much so quickly and why it isn’t coming back, help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

Bigger veins are good sign. Branches on the sides are probably penis ribs (connective tissue pillars), they are a good sign too. Hard to say what is causing the missing half inch: probably a combo of bad measurement and overwork.

Lay off for a bit and restart jelqing with a light grip and a pretty low erection level.

Just take a week off. Don’t masturbate for that week you should be back to normal in a week

Thanks guys, it went back to normal after not orgasming or jelqing for a couple of days, I just need to not overwork myself.
Can I have opinions on a routine?
Right now I’ve started this:
5 minute warm up
5-7 minute stretch(depends on how long I have)
200 jelqs
25 jelq squeezes

Although I’m not sure if I am doing the jelq squeezes correct, I was about 55-65% erect doing the squeezes. Should I be fully hard or halfway? Also are jelq squeezes safe for me right now?

200 jelq’s is too much for a newbie ,100 should be enough. Do not do jelq squeezes your new to PE if you do squeezes your EQ will drop or you will hurt your self. Newbies should always jelq below 50% erect try to be gentle if do it with force you will get scars on you glans and loss of EQ .And spend about 10 min on stretching exercises if you want any length.
