After a training program to stretch the penis in length (I managed to stretch it by +1.5 cm), I started having erection problems.

I did all sorts of hand stretches: downward, upward, lateral, horizontal, circular both ways, BTS, A-pulls, leg hooked stretches, dynamic upward stretches, dynamic downward stretches, rope stretches (this is when the penis is twisted 1.5-2 turns and pulled sideways)

And then I had the following symptoms after 3 months of training:

- Lack of morning erection
