Purple Mark Shaft

Hey guys, so I’ve been jelqing for about 1.5 month, and tomorrow was my rest day. I noticed that I had a kinda brownish spot but when I looked closer it looked like a vein ( you can ignore this info I guess ). Either way. Today I woke up and had a purple mark (like a spot ) on the shaft, near the base. Should I stop PEing for a few days and the come back with a lighter stroke?

Take some time off 2-3 weeks. When you resume, use less intensity.

Does it really need to be that long? Like won’t a couple of days suffice?
Do you think I’ll lose progress if I wait that long? Thanks for the answer

You have to understand that PE is not a sprint, but a marathon. I would suggest taking those 2-3 weeks off rather than a few days and re-injuring yourself shortly after that. Always go for the health first approach. Also, try listening to your body and adjust your routine accordingly.
