Quick Extender Pro - Temporary Sensitivity Loss?

I’m open to advice, here’s my obserations & solution.

Injury / Issue:
-I noticed because having sex with the wife I wasn’t able to reach climax after an hour, and she got frustrated. In hindsight, my sensitvity was reduced, especially in my glans.
-The only thing I changed lately was starting to use quick extender pro (QEP).

Observations:
-I suspect the noose was the cause (being in too much pain too often could have side effects).. My glans kept touching the top noose which was really unpleasant, even painful.. I also had one instance where I made the nooses too tight & got numb, a very rare thing for me with PE.. The numbness went way after I massaged my unit.. I don’t have pain anymore, so I expect to recover now that I’ve figured out how to use the extender while being comfortable.
-After adjustements the Quick Extender Pro is compeltely comfortable now / no danger of numbness going forward.
-Details on how: I now use the stealthformen glans cap + sabreskin, so my unit is completely covered and has a double layer near the sensitive spot between my glans and shaft (basically 2 layers of rubber).

Solution?
-I stumbled into this post too.. I may try some of the advice:
Sensitivity and PE

-I could stop PE entirely, but then I would still need to go through QEP adjustment phase & now that I’m perfectly comfortable (using my double-protection with 2 layers of rubber), I’m not sure stopping would do anything beneficial.. I’m expecting the loss of sensitvity is temporary… No numbness, no total loss of feeling…I’m still in the QEP adjustment phase, hardly stretching my unit..

Just to be safe I bought:

I also did some research — apparently accupuncture for the penis is a "thing"… I might go get it done. My understanding is nerves normally grow at the rate of 1/4 inch per month, although I’ve heard anecdotal stories of nerves healing faster supposedly due to accupunture.
