Seeking treatment for injured foreskin from compression hanger on too long
Hi! Over 5 years in and a proud girth gainer. It all started with this forum.
I’d post this in the injuries and treatments section, but my membership activity doesn’t qualify quite yet.
A year or so into PE I used a compression hanger for too long at a time. Must have been 15 minutes. I have a thicker foreskin that is difficult to ‘push’ the blood out of for compression hanging. These days I do short 3 minute hangs.
In doing this, I cut off the blood supply too long for the portion of my foreskin (I’m uncircumcised) that was past the hanger. I now have a 2 inch purpley (rest of penis is more typical tan caucasian color) band mid shaft of my penis that is tingly painful to firm dry touch or friction. It’s not at all painful throughout the day or with lubricated sex/masturbation.
I don’t have an exact diagnosis. Close up there are darkened spots. Possibly stagnate blood. Hopefully not a cellular/nerve necrotic effect, but maybe something like that.
4 years later it has not changed. For the past 3 months I have been doing gua-sha (firmly rubbing a thin smooth stone edge down the skin during erection to try to break up tissue and boost circulation) 3 times a week. I’m not sure that has done much.
What do you think I can try to treat this to restore the tissue so no more pain or darkening? This is the only mistake I made in my otherwise successful PE journey, and it’s one I’d really like to correct. I’m dedicated to doing whatever it takes - just need to know what that is.
Thank you.
