Severity of Injury? Possible early Peyronie's?

I am very new to PE, and only had the Bathmate for a week before I decided to go in for 2x3mins at about half pressure with a full erection.

Later on that day I masturbated and started feeling pain, and a bulging horizontal vein appeared on my flaccid penis which was smaller than usual.

There is also a dent just above that vein going around the right side of the penis, which I am worried could be an early sign of plaques forming with peyronies disease.

The pain has persisted for two days, but is not bad at all. What I am more worried about is that my flaccid penis seems to take longer to become erect, and while it seems not to be hard flaccid, it is more rigid and smaller when flaccid. This is causing some serious anxiety so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I am not sure of where else I can post this because I am a new member, but hopefully here is okay as it’s the only place where I could upload an image so you could judge the severity of the dent and what I assume is thrombosis. My apologies if this is off topic but hopefully you can understand why I am so worried.

Thanks very much, Bibgus.

Injury, Possible Peyronies?

Hi, I just got into PE after Christmas and suffered an injury using BM, I have a constantly inflamed vein running around my penis at the base, it is soft. And where the vein is, when erect there is a dent that was not there before when erect, could this be peyronies? It has been over a month since the injury but as you can imagine I am terrified it could be peyronies, see my post history for a picture. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Does peyronies generally present within a month?

Thanks,

Bibgus

Have you stopped PE activities?

Have you been to a doctor?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Yeah I’ve stopped all PE, and no I haven’t seen a doctor.
I can’t feel any plaques but there still seems to be some changes. It could just be lymphangiosclerosis but it’s hard to know really, I started taking L-citrulline and vitamin e as a precautionary measure.
Usually how long does peyronie’s take to develop after an injury? Because it has been well over a month and there is no real significant curvature and I can get full erections, there just seems to be a dent/ ridge along the right side of my penis.

Instead of going nuts seeing a doctor would be a really smart idea and I know you’ll agree with me.

I agree, it wouldn’t hurt to see a urologist. Now, IMO is just an inflamed lymphatic vessel. They take some time to heal, nothing to worry, if thats the case. Of course playing with your junk the whole day testing how it goes up and down doesnt help. Just forget about it and do a normal life. Normal meaning working, studying going out, not having time to be inspecting your junk.

P.S. There is no such thing as taking l-citruline and vitamin e as a precautionary measure.

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

Thanks very much for the reply lad, appreciate it.
As regards the last part, do you mean that taking l-citrulline and vitamin e would not stop the development of peyronies if that was the issue?

Single nutrients do not work by themselves. In order to successfully achieve the purpose of each nutrient and a holistic approach, all the other nutrients need to be present at the right amounts since they work synergistically supporting each other along with trace minerals. The body needs 90 essential nutrients every day of its life. 60 trace minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, 2 fatty acids.

As an aside, could an inflamed lymphatic vessel cause some very minor curvature as the penis is semi erect? This could just be paranoia but it is a worry as I do notice small changes.
Also anyone with any knowledge as to:
A: how long peyronies generally takes to present in a significant fashion
B: how much of a risk factor smoking can be as regards peyronies, and lymphatic drainage.
Thanks

So the idea of seeing a doctor over something that concerns you so much well you’d rather get cured here. I guess it either doesn’t concern you that much because no one here will be able to correctly diagnose and treat your issue. Maybe it’s better to wait to see if things get worse?????!

Yeah I guess, was just trying to do my due dilligence research wise to avoid seeing the doc over something inconsequential.

A doctor would rather see something inconsequential that something terrible. Something small is easily treated than a big problem. It seems to worry you so go get it looked at. Trust me the doctor won’t mind.
