Starting P.E.
Well I don’t speak English very well, so sorry for the mistakes.
I have started P.E this year. I tried the newbie routine for 3 weeks. As I am circumcised I began to feel uncomfortable with stretching,so I took a break.
Yesterday I tried the newbie routine again. I think I used to much strength while jelqing and today I noticed that my erection was not very good.
In the middle of my penis there are some strange veins and I feel it’s kind heavy in the middle when I’m having an erection.
Also I have lost 1cm in length an my erection is very poor.Did I do something wrong? Does it sound like I overtrained ?
