The base of my penis hurts from stretching

5-20 sets per day is entirely, ridiculously too much.

Try cutting this down to just one set. So up, down, left, right, straight out for 30 seconds each, and THAT’S IT for the day.

First and formost though start off with a 2 week healing period and then jump back in with a ‘take it slow’ mindset. Also, WARM UP before hand, it’s vital to preventing these injuries. I suggest an Infra Red lamp.

And DONT pull ‘as hard as you can’…this is asking to hurt yourself. I read a lot of things very wrong with your routine and I highly recommend you cease all PE until you’ve researched a bit more and healed up from this.

Think about it and you might realize manual stretching can apply a lot more force than you thought.

Hanging should be what, 5 pounds? 10 pounds? When you say “as hard as you can”, I don’t know what your day is like, but unless you are struggling daily to find the strength to perform basic tasks (and I don’t mean laziness, I mean physically incapable of moving a carton of milk from the fridge), which I doubt, you are more than capable of applying a lot more force than hanging. The only difference is hanging makes it easier to maintain a given force for a given time, but to assume performing manual exercises at full force is somehow considerably less force than hanging 5-10 pounds is just not thinking it through.

Is there anything I can do to maybe minimize damage? Massage it? Pull it super weak? Anything?

If it hurts, apply ice. And let it heal.

It only hurts when I stretch the ligs. Do you think I already made it shorter? I really hope not.

Not until the pain stops. Even wait another extra week at least. Then go easier on the stretching/hanging force like half of the force that you were applying before! The idea is to stretch it not to break it.

And if you keep pulling on it while injured, it is going to turtle up badly which does equate to smaller. Somebody please explain this.

Thanks a plenty! I haven’t dared stretch it since you guys swore me not to, but I have been massaging it with my thumb and index. Why is now (it hurts a bit when I massage the right spots) a bad time to be massaging?

Because you want the tear to heal, stop stretching, stop massaging, stop doing anything that can put pressure on the injury.

The only thing you should be doing now is using a rice sock to deliver some warmth to the area to increase blood flow, up your vitamin C intake to 250 mg four times a day (it’s the healing vitamin) and get plenty of rest and good nutrition.

As a last thought if you broke your arm would you keep testing it to see how far it bends before it hurts? :smack:

Jawi you should listen to these guys and take it easy. They know what they are talking about. I started out and did too much at first and didn’t see any progress. I took time off and read a lot before starting just the newbie routine about 6 months ago and gained .75 so far. Just read and listen to what they have to say. You have time to heal and start over. Also, thanks again posters. I’ll start massaging after it heals. I was just worried it might heal in a turtled state, or lose length if I DON’T tamper with it. Oh wells, you guys know best.
