That was 10 days ago and it still hurts! Woe is me! It’s a bit better, and it hurts in a more.. Already healed kind of way? Still, it hurts and it hurts a lot if I pull it SD. I haven’t touched it at all since the last thread, so that’s 10 days!

No, not that either!

The vast majority of guys with serious penis injuries didn’t get their overnight. It took lots of continuos hard work in the face of guys telling them to “stop doing that” Even after it feels fully healed take a few weeks more; no joke. And don’t freak if it takes months to get over it. Compare it to healing from a sprained ankle rather than soft tissue injury like a bruise.

And for the love of it. Stop pulling on it for at least another two months, Ligaments take months to heal not weeks!

Yes sometimes it is, especially when they have loads of advice and keep asking the same things, perhaps the original poster needs to re-read the entire thread and take some advice on board before making another post.

No, but last time I asked if they thought I might already have permanently damaged my member, or permanently made gains harder for myself was before I knew that it would still be like this after almost 2 weeks. Sorry if you thought I wasn’t serious

As a last thought if you broke your arm would you keep testing it to see how far it bends before it hurts? :smack:

So I’ll try make it a bit clearer.

Ligaments have very poor blood flow and hence heal very slowly once injured (be it a strain or tear), what you have is a small injury and the body wants to heal it if you keep pulling at it to see if it hurts you will prolong the healing process. This healing process will take some months to complete firstly you need to do what I suggested earlier (see above) for at least two months so that you do not re-tear or restrain the injury. then after it has healed it should be fine to start “The Newbie Routine with a very good warm up.” Start gently and if you feel any pain whatsoever stop for another month and repeat the process.

Yes you have an injury, it will heal if you treat it right it won’t if you keep testing it, no you have not toughened your penis permanently however you will if you put as much force in as you did. As with all things PE this requires patience to see results. Relax take it easy (on your penis), and do some reading so that the time is of benefit to your PE career. Hopefully you will learn that we advocate slow gentle progress, and this will help to stop you from injuring yourself again.

Don’t worry, I only pulled it on the tenth day and only enough to see if it was still injured, and not to actually stretch. After that, I stopped. THANKS and I won’t do anything stressful. Can warming up help it heal?

I wouldn’t use heat. Use ice packs like you were told earlier in the thread. Heat will cause inflammation and right now with a strained lig inflammation is not a good thing.

One of the best ice packs you can get is a bag of frozen corn, they are a couple of bucks and you can cook them after they thaw out. lol.

But seriously, don’t even test stretch it for a few more weeks *I believe someone said 3months total which sounds about right* then when you start back, go slowly.

Now we are concentrated on maximal blood flow to the sight which means warmth, especially for low blood flow regions like ligaments.
