I wouldn’t use heat. Use ice packs like you were told earlier in the thread. Heat will cause inflammation and right now with a strained lig inflammation is not a good thing.
One of the best ice packs you can get is a bag of frozen corn, they are a couple of bucks and you can cook them after they thaw out. lol.
But seriously, don’t even test stretch it for a few more weeks *I believe someone said 3months total which sounds about right* then when you start back, go slowly.
