unknown injury

I started PE since 2 month with newbie routine, but when doing jelq i soon observed a pain on the left side of the penis (as i see it from top) closely near its base, about over a great vein i can see when erect.
This pain is like to have some small bites or pinprik, or like when you slash an hair, but i feel it also when i did not jelq or touch any hair in any way.

The pain also comed out sometimes when having sex, after long hard sessions.

Today the pain was annoying me so i had to stop jelq, and then looking with more attention i can see a little strange wound near the vein, i never see before. It was like a small tear with an “8” shape, or quasi-ellyptical shape with narrow mid. The appearence was to be wet but when try to squeeze it a little, nothing comed out.
After an hour this tear closed, but now remain a little bad sense and a little hard swell.

Can someone help me to understand what’s this?

Please notice that i also had some sorrow the first PE week near the same place, but it seemed an “internal” sorrow (not on the surface of the penis), but i thought that it was since an overwork of stretching, cause it comed out only afer stretching and disappeared after being more “gentle” in this practice.

Judging by the appearance of the spot, It looks as if you have had a small normal type pimple -, which goes away after a few days - but you have burst it with your jelqing and it has become sore and perhaps a little septic.

First, keep it clean as it may have become infected with sweat and put some antiseptic ointment or liquid. and let it heal

And give up sex and PE for a few days; to see how it reacts.

If it continus and/or gets worse then see your doctor

Thanks, what kind of ointment do you suggest? (please don’t tell tradename, due i’m not in USA!)

Do you think that pimple came out cause of the extreme pulling of some hair?

I had the exact thing actually. I have deep pores and seem to get them now and again. I think I got mine from irritation and probably a build up of sweat from camping.

As far as I know it’s not an injury. Take a few days off and it should heal.

It looks like a possible ingrown hair. But don’t take my word for it.

My suggestion is let it rest for a while, no PE - a week or more. If it doesn’t go away by itself, consider visiting the doc.

maybe i can continue PE only stretching, without jelq! (i’m not circumcised)

It’s difficult to name an ointment when in a different country, But ask your local chemist for something to protect your hands when you are unscewing nuts and bolts (for whatever reason you can think) .

A look around your local chemist’s shop will reveal dozens of ointments etc.

The pimple can be anything from a hair, scratch, or puncture of the skin - or simply grazing it with your fingernail. Make sure your fingernails are short; and manucuured so they don’t scratch.
