Warning Bundle stretch while hanging, weird injury
I am pretty sure I know what caused this, but I am curious what you all’s thoughts are? I have been doing PE on, and off for quite a few years, and never had an injury like this. I started trying something new recently (actually have only done it a couple times. Both were after a session in the shower of my usual pumping, stretching, and jelqing. But after I combined two other techniques (both of which I have used independently with no problems before), that being doing the bundle stretch while hanging.
I didn’t even do that much of it. After the first time or two, I experienced a very tender and inflamed ligament (I believe, I am not sure) near the base on the right side. It was large and stringy and kinda hard and viable. It went down after a couple days, especially after I tried icing.
Next time I tried this however, the same reoccured, but also it looks like…. I don’t know how to describe it. It extends from there, up the side of my shaft, and around a bit. It’s been a week or so, and has subsided a bit, but definitely still there, prominent and tender.
Thoughts?
Mine being first off all, these two techniques should not be combined (at least at the force and tension I applied.) Secondly I am wondering if I might have tore my tunica a bit? I also have some inflammation under the head where the wrap for the hanger goes.
P.S. I had also been using a cock ring after to prolong engorgement which I think may have contributed to the ligament inflammation. But what I am most worried about is the Tunica.
