Weird Circle On Glans

Has anyone ever seen this before? This came after either pumping too much in the glans chamber of the generic Penimaster glans chamber or doing squeezes. It doesn’t go away when hard, and there is no pain.

I had a blister develop on the glans, at the tip and that went away and I’ve done no further pumping since end of March. I continued to do squeezes, and that’s the only thing I can attribute this to.

My guess is that it’s the start (or end) of a good, old-fashioned blister, though it happens to have that odd donut shape.

Should the odd donut shape concern me?

The donut shape makes me think it’s a blister that collapsed on itself without bursting and tearing, which is good. It doesn’t look concerning to me, but you can always have your primary care doctor or dermatologist look at it.

Would squeezes cause a blister? I wasn’t applying too much force and pressure.

A blister shouldn’t take that long to heal. The squeezes are probably aggravating it. Stop all PE for a week. If the spot doesn’t go away, or at least show great improvement, it might be an infection of some sort. Whatever it is should be easily treatable, but you’ll have to get a prescription from a doctor.

Blisters happen at weak spots in the glans, which is technically "mucous membrane" and not skin. Once you’ve had a blister at a particular spot, you’re likely to have future blisters at the same spot(s).

They’re usually from vaccum, but sometimes from pressure. Either way, it’s the pressure differential on each side of the membrane.

The vast majority of blisters are from lymphatic fluid being forced through the layers of the membrane, forming a blister. Rarely, usually from clamping, the blister might fill with blood. And sometimes blisters form for no obvious reason, neener-neener.

I agree about the timeframe and I actually stopped all PE and it hasn’t gone away. I need to get in to have it checked.

Looks a bit like tinea but I’ve never seen on the glans.

It’s staying the same size.

When you say lesions on my hands and feet, do you mean similar to what’s on my glans? If so, no.

I had also wondered if it might be a ringworm.

On the hands and feet it can appear as tiny blisters or pustules at the edges

None, just this one on the head.
