They all look pretty much alike, Meat, no matter how you get them.

I posted this to show the difference between a donut and a vein or artery that has become distended via being thrombosed or something else. Donuts are caused by accumulations of lymphatic fluid.

How noticeable is the donut when the penis is fully erect? Does it get stretched out and disappear?

I just started hanging two weeks ago. I hang right behind the gland. Does wrapping prevent the donut effect?

A minor one will even out some when you are erect. A fat one won’t. The area around the foreskin/circumcision area will remain bloated. The more you encourage donuts, the farther down the shaft they tend to extend. This (extreme) gives a puffy erection and, when extreme, can get in the way of penetration for sex.

Meat:
I have never hung anything but a towel on an erection and that just for fun. Ask the vet hangers in the Hanger’s Forum. They will know.

Actually, uncut pumpers usually achieve a much more even look to their pumped dicks. It’s the cut guys who can get the exaggerated “donut” which generally occurs around or above their circumcision scar line.
