180-240mg of Ginko Biloba
I first started off taking about 120 mg of Ginko Biloba. (Recommended dose)
I would take 2 pills of 60 mg each with breakfast every morning. Recently I started getting the idea of taking another 60mg pill after my PE workout. Normally this would be about 5-8 hours after my morning dose. Do you think this would higher benefit me, or just a waste of money. Also, is it dangerous?
