A few questions about L-Arginine

Hei guys,

I have never taken this supplement before.But the last couple of weeks I was considering of taking some L-Arginine.
But before I go and buy it I need to know a few things.
Do you think it would affect me in any bad way cause I’m still or nearly at the end of my puberty (I’m 20 almost 21 years old)?
I don’t have erection problems or any other kind of sexual problems so is bad if I take Arginine just for penis growth?
And finally I’ve read about daily dosage of Arginine but there are many different opinions about it.So how much per day should I take?

L-arginine is a protein amino acid. It is present in food and your body also can produce it. There are no side-effects. It is a precursor to nitric oxide which is important for erections. Some say it helps increase ejaculate volume. Large doses are said to stimulate the release of human growth hormone (perhaps a good thing, but don’t count on it to make your dick bigger). Dosage can be from 3 to 20 grams per day.

If you don’t have erection problems and your ejaculate volume is satisfactory, then there would be no reason to take it. Taking l-arginine will not enhance your gains.

(Someone will probably dispute that.)

Aha thanks, but is there something I could take to help me my gains, which isn’t bad for me?(Not PE pills)
