A question on these two supplements

A question on these two supplements

I’m sorry for asking this, I tried google but I couldn’t really find the right answer. Taking the supplements L-Arginine and Gingko Biloba is said to increase blood flow in your penis and other places. Makes your erections stronger and such. Now lets say you take these for a awhile, your erections are harder than before, all is improving. Will stopping use of these supplements have your penis go back to how it was? Is it safe to PE while taking L-Arginine and Gingko Biloba?

Edit: What would normal doses be for both supplements?

If you check out body building websites, there will be more info on these two supplements.

They are just supplements. With regular PE, you should be able to maintain the same if not better EQ.

I take 4000 mg of Arginine daily and I notice a difference in the sensitivity of my dick during sex.

However, there are times when I don`t take it and I have similar sensitivity, but the supplement sure helps.

Horny goat weed is good also, so good in fact that health canada is banning it next year, along with ginger and many other things that help with health.

As I understand it L-Arginine promotes better bloodflow, so that’s why it is thought to be helpful both for PE and better erections.

Ah ok, so far I hear some good things on L-arginine and Ginkgo and very little bad things towards it. I’ve tried looking info on it but it’s mostly on body building, I’m looking for more info on PE with those supplements. Like exactly when to take them. I read body builders usually take L-Arginine before workouts so I would just assume it’s best to take it before PE sessions. Hoping anymore people who’s used these supplements could give me some motivational info and thanks for the ones above me who’s posted. I’ve already ordered those two supplements plus a multi vitamin. Right now my EQ isn’t really so well. I need to basically kegel to keep it hard and it goes down rather quick, I’m thinking it may be something mental though.

L-Arginine helps for sure. It really does not matter what time of the day you take it because you are going to take it every day and it will always be in your body. I like to take mine in the morning along with ZMA that should be taken in the evening but when I take these to at the same time I see a huge difference, well maybe not huge but it is a big help. Add ginger and cayenne shots to it and you will be good/fine/better.

I’d just be carefull and give yourself brakes off the two from time to time.

I was taking the two for a while, the arginine helped with flaccid hang for me, however the Gingko wasn’t quality and did nothing for sexual performance.

I will say that I bled a lot from minor cuts while on the two. I was also very warm throughout winter and always got comments on how warm I was. It was definetly from the increased circulation.

They both help with bloodflow. L=Arginine has to be taken daily and I dont think it makes a huge difference when you take it unless you take like 4 grams or more at a time. I am at the moment using Ginko leaves as a base for my tea I am experimenting on and it is too early for me to comment but I will do a thread in about a month giving results.

They are both completely safe to use while doing PE. Just be carfull as always with what excercises you do depending how erect you are while doiing PE. If you are more thn satisfied with the results, then lower the amount you need. No need to over supplement yourself if not needed.Get to know your body and its needs.

And to answer your question…..yes your body will return to normal levels if you stop.

Horny goat weed worked for me, although I have read many people say they had no effect. Maybe it’s all in your head, maybe it’s very specific to different individuals. L-arginine is great for vein elasticity and health, so it couldn’t hurt at all, it has been shown to lower blood pressure and increase circulation. It has no real side effect’s besides possible upset stomach and diarrhea in very high doses, probably even higher than 10 grams even with no tolerance. There is no reason why you wouldn’t want to take it. As for ginko-balboa, everything I have read about it is kind of neutral. It’s promised benefits are probably actually due to the antioxidants in it. It does not really help memory because does not specifically target the brain.although it is healthy, full of antioxidants, and potentially helpful, don’t expect and increase in penis size or even EQ on that. L-arginine is definitely the route to go.

L-Arginine is best absorbed on an empty stomach. Specifically, your body can’t absorb Arginine whilst processing protein.

If you have any type of cold sores, L-Arginine use can easily precipitate an outbreak. L-Lysine has the opposite effect.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Neither arginine nor ginkgo did much of anything for me. I tried many different brands of both. Many different dosages, etc. I hoped both would work. Nada. Now I am essentially healthy and do not normally have erectile difficulties. Just a guy that wants to feel 18 again. Not much luck there but in my experience. Yohimbe and a quality ginseng brand are about the only 2 over the counter herbs/ drugs that work with any consistency. Tongkat Ali did work for me but I get 3 days out of it before I need to cycle off and for the cost I prefer yohimbe. Yohimbe does carry stronger sides than Ali or ginseng. Read up on anything you take. Search for specific conditions you may have and ad yohimbe or whatever to it and google. Once you understand any risks you make up your mind if it is worth the use of whatever substance you use.

Good luck and save your cash on most herbal remedies. I tried more than most and again most do nothing.
