Best multivitamin

What do you guys think the best multivitamin is, I was thinking about trying Animal Pak I heard it was awesome, any opinions?

I use Multimax by Orthica for a long time now. It works excellent.

Jade Greenzymes barleygrass supplements.

I use to carry 6 to 8 bottles of vitamins and minerals around in my gym bag. Now I carry one box of the kenzen wellness and one box of the Jade Greenzymes.

I use Optimum’s OptiMen. It seems to work well for me.

Thanks guys, in the link above they said a lot of good things about Animal Pak so I think I am going to try that, especially since I am always lifting weights.

Does anyone think that since a liquid multivitamin is better absorbed by the body (so I’ve heard), the amount of each vitamin needn’t be so high?

I was looking at a liquid multi the other day but some of the amounts seemed a little bit low to me and was wondering if that was why.

Thanks for all the posts guys but I was convinced by the GNC guy to buy GNC Mega Man Sport because it has more needed vitamins than 1 pak of Animal Pak, it is cheaper, it has amino acids for lifting performance, and there’s not so many pills to take at a time!

Of course he would tell you to buy the GNC brand!

Well see that’s what I was saying but he showed me the number of vitamins and GNC brand definitely had more than Animal Pak if only taking 1 Pak, and it was cheaper, only 15 bucks!

Thanks for the multi-vit info. I have been ordering for awhile from NOW foods. The Adam men’s multi vit and Special One Vit.

I have used both GNC and Animal pak products.

If you want general vitamins go with GNC. If your working out and your body is under strain go with animal pak. I preferred animal pak vitamins over GNC.

I now only use Nikken wellness vitamin mineral supplements. I find this product gives me more than GNC or Animal Pak.

If you want to lose weight with out a dealt go with Animal Cuts.
