Hmm, interesting. I know the body uses calcium for muscular contractions, and magnesium is the antagonist to that (just like potassium is the antagonist to sodium). All 4 of them are electrolytes in the body for chemical reactions. I use magnesium chloride lotion for jelqing and it greatly improves the pump and post excercise flaccid hang.
