I have always used celery, seeds and, if can find, extract, leading up to my meetings with my paramour…but to increase load. Works well! Had not tried to notice other effects discussed here, but may now! For me though, celery loading for a few days does wonders for volume

I’ve been cycling “celery seed extract 1000mg” on and off for the last couple of months. I definitely see an improvement in EQ, night wood, and morning wood. For me, it’s working much better than any of the other PE supplements I’ve tried. I’m quite happy with it. No unwanted side effects that I’ve noticed.

The next step is to determine if it needs to be cycled like some other supplements, which will take me a few months.

Andy, thanks for that input. I have a cannister of celery powder and will start some daily use to see how I respond.

Give it a try!

Some things are “supplements” because there’s no profit for drug companies to go through the lengthy and expensive FDA approval process. Sometimes their active ingredients are something already known, and not patentable due to prior knowledge. And sometimes they only work for some people, and do nothing for others.

A lot of drugs get approval even with the latter; my wife was prescribed a drug that was supposed to help control her blood sugar. Instead, it made it worse. I found the paperwork they had submitted to the FDA, which showed that it made the problem *worse* 2/3 of the time. She was in that group.

Dietary supplements are often hit-or-miss as well. On the other hand, they’re cheap and you don’t have to have an MD to try them.
