Corticosteroid injection in the ligament

I am not a coward but I would not inject anything in my dick which is not on the market/pharmacy for injection purpose. I am willing to take the risk to inject something in my dick which is intended for injection elsewhere in the body assuming that the risk - in this case - is acceptable.

Hanging routine:

Several times per day 12” 30 minutes sd or btc.

Occasionally light weight sd hanging all night long.

I am using a vac-hanger.

DMSO makes stretching more intense. I’d be a bit weary about using a hanger right afterwards, since your skin will absorb a lot of what it comes in contact with for a good bit of time after application. I feel comfortable with DMSO and manual stretching, though.

DMSO is gonna pass through the tunica and ligs, so I don’t see injections as adding anything.

I have made DMSO sterile for injection use before. I don’t think you can get it that way though. My thought is it would absorbed into the ligs, tunica and all other tissues in the area so even though it will go all over I’m thinking it still maybe enough for it to help. Its something I will probably try since its not like there is really any risk in doing so.

Are you in the pharmaceutical industry? How do you prepare sterile DMSO?

Problem is that once it’s through the skin it gets absorbed into the circulation and diluted quite a lot. Intralig injection would produce much higher concentrations in the lig and lower systemic concentrations.

Yesterday I noted that the injection into the lig, if done correctly, during 11” hanging straight down, is against tremendous resistance from the extended tendon. Therefore, my previous injections my have been at least partly, and some of them, in the periligamentous tissue. I will pay much more attention to correct technique from now on. I did one injection with 4 ml of verapamil, also, done in the correct technique and it was awesome to see my dick bigger all day, and some tingling effect in the genital area all over + extra-hard erection.

Progress report: + 2.5 mm.

Some of our collegues use intravenous DMSO as a chelating agent, so I would imagine it’s available commercially.
