Cranberry Concentrate vs. Cranberry Juice

I have read of the benefits of cranberry juice, and I personally notice an erection enhancement from drinking cranberry juice.

Does it matter where you are getting your cranberry juice?

An 8 oz. glass of cranberry from concentrate costs about $8 at the store. The only ingredient is cranberry juice.

192 oz. bottle of cranberry juice at Costco costs $7. The ingredients are water, cranberry juice, sugar, and ascorbic acid. It contains 30% juice, or 57.6 oz. cranberry juice.

If I can get 7 times more cranberry juice for less money, is there ANY benefits to buying the cranberry from concentrate?

8 ounces for 8 bucks? And I thought I was getting ripped off at 5 dollars a quart. I’d say go for whichever one you prefer. Thank Ocean Spray for making your cranberry juice expensive. Fucking crooks.

Yes, you are correct. It contains grape juice as well as cranberry and also has a high sugar content. I retract this recommendation.

I think this Old Orchard Healthy Balance Cranberry is a good product with the main ingredient being cranberry juice. The only thing is if you have a problem with it being sweetened with Splenda.

I drink their Healthy Balance Grape to get a shot of resveratrol and vitamin C and don’t mind the Splenda myself.

Nope, but I do think Ocean Spray is milking consumers and cranberry growers.

It was easier to milk them than the cranberries.

Has anyone tried cranberry pill supplements? Fruit is a no-no for me (glucose problems).

POM 100% Cran berry Juice, have only been drinking Ocean Spray myself as it’s the only brand they seem to have in the stores her. Just mentioned POM because of “The greatest movie ever sold”, ok movie and here’s the link to POM( have no clue what the price is, propably expensive I’m just assuming, hehe):

EDIT: Ahaha, forgot that they mentioned in the movie that it is way more beneficial drinking 100% Juice as the watered down one contains way too much sugar and you have to drink way, way more of it then because of the small amount of actual juice, don’t remeber the exact amount though but I will definitely start looking for 100% juice after seeing the movie, they basically called it worthless compared to their product being POM, excuse the marketing.

I think the pills can be just as good if not better than the juice, the main reason being, it is so hard to find cranberry juice that hasn’t been mixed with something else plus lots of sugar.

I have never heard of cranberry improving erection quality. There is perhaps some benefit for improving prostate health, but the main medical reason that most people take cranberry juice or pills is to cure a UTI, or urinary tract infection.

So if you are going to invest in cranberry, I would count on it to help with a UTI, but not with erection quality.
