Ice. That’s about it. Vitamin E won’t help. Herbs and Viagra won’t help. Rest, that is leaving your penis alone between sessions, may help it recover a little faster. But anything you do may only make a tiny, tiny difference; tissues recover at the rate they recover at. PE is a marathon, not a sprint. If you don’t have patience, there is no point thinking you will be successful with PE. Just be consistent and use heat. That will get you there faster and more reliably than any other method. And if you are concentrating mostly on length, using longer time stretches or hanging (which promote creep) fatigue is not a problem; you don’t want lots of recovery. If you are going for girth and using methods that cause more cellular ‘breakdown’ (most girth methods do), you do need more recovery.
