You need as much as your body needs a day, there should be some lists out there what an adult man has to take per day.
More wont have a use….

I think taking a multivitamin/minerals pill and eat healthy food is the best you can do, dont buy many supplements and all this industry bullsh*t for example glutamine etc….. its all in the healthy food!

When you buy a vitamine/mineral pill so look an the package. There is a list of how much percents of the certain vitamine or mineral the human average body needs is in it.
Look out for a pill which reaches for all the vitamines and minerals the 100%-mark. If it reaches it for some only nearly or half 100%, its ok , too.
You will eat food and if there is some fruit etc. you will get as much as you need.

In multivitamine/mineral-pills there are often ALL things you need.
Look at the packsges and buy the pills with the most vitamines and minerals and with the highest percentage of the needed grams.
