Garlic.

Would extra deodorant or something like axe body spray help?

Once in your body you can’t stop the body odour that arises.

I’m determined to incorporate it into my diet because it’s benefits are out of this world but I can’t smell whatsoever in my job so it’s a bit of a conundrum :(

I wouldn’t use extra spray… it gets absorbed into your skin, eek.

Chewing parsley or drinking lemon juice gets rid of garlic smells in my experience… lemon water also helps get the smell off your hands.

Rubbing alcohol works for the skin, and so does a sauna :D

So, to sum it up…

Chew some raw garlic, eat a lemon and then jump in a sauna lol

I have so much garlic it’s not even funny.

Don’t keep it in the fridge…

Can cause botulism.

I don’t know how much reliable is that site, anyway.

Once I got carried away while making garlic bread, I chopped about 3 cloves or so and added it to some butter and olive oil spread it on the bread…I could taste garlic in my mouth for almost two days.

I’m going to try it mixed with parsley.

Will eating only 1 clover of garlic a day give you the bad body odor?

In Estonia we know that drinking cow milk helps to reduce the smell.

Garlic, the stinky rose. Chop the top off a head off just enough to expose the cloves. Drizzle olive oil over the head. Sprinkle rosemary and thyme over it. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes but you will know when it is done because it will be a nice caramel brown and gooey when poked with a knife. Good to eat with toasted bread and goat cheese. Why do I tell you this? Because you can eat many, many cloves of garlic a day in this manner in a very yummy way and that appetizer would cost about nine bucks in a restaurant. The cooking also takes a lot of the stink out of it too but if you eat a bunch and workout about 10 hours later your sweat will smell of garlic so only hit on the Italian women at your gym!

I eat nothing but chilli and garlic, I have fat flaccid after mixing with wine. Also try wine in the food. Onions and wine smell great when cooking together. Only use fresh ingredients.

Garlic, Red Wine and Mushrooms work well together, especially in a roast or sauté. :)
