Thanks Kingpole, for your thorough answer. I’m 43 and don’t have ED or anything - I just don’t get as hard as I did a few years ago. I was hoping the Ginko would help so I don’t have to cut back on the beer and pot. But it’s probably a good idea anyway.

I’ve been taking Ginkgo from Sundown for the last week.It’s standarized and comes in 30 MG pills.Recommended dosage is two tablets taken twice daily.So I was on 120 MG a day and felt little in the way of erection improvement.Just yesterday I took three pills and then three more a few hours later and it made an amazing difference!,Usually whenever I do a kagle my CV and CS swell and throb in my hand,After taking this high dose of Ginkgo,I was so hard only my CS swelled a bit as I kagled!,My CV was fully engorged like whoa!,Now I’m taking NINE pills a day,three at a time.Should I drop the dosage or am I still within the safe limit?

9 pills a day? Is that safe?

I don’t think four a day is enough to get good results.They’re pretty small pills after all.

Normal recommended dose is 120mg. I have read that 180mg should be the max dose.
I was taking 90mg (one 60mg ginkgo tab and 30mg from two NOW ADAM multivitamin tabs) without any sides. I increased the dose to 150mg with one more ginkgo tab and noticed mild headache and had to cut down the dose.

I dropped the dosage to 120mg, I’m still taking it. Just not counting the days. I don’t notice anything yet.

I’ve been taking 120mg of Ginko for about 2 weeks and 4000mg of L-Arginine and I’ve now returned to being hyper sensitive. Just as soon as I try to edge, I’m bursting to cum. It must be that they are improving my circulation so much that it’s also raised my sensitivity level. Do I try and cut the dosage in half? Or just abandon the whole thing?

I would cut L-Arg dose to 2 grams as it’s the one that makes some people more sensitive.

Where do you find this L-Arginine? I can’t buy stuff over the internet & I can find ginko anywhere like kroger, cvs, wal-mart wherever but I can’t find L-arginine! Anyone know of common stores that carry it? Also should I be taking a multi-vitamin, right now I take centrum a to zinc but I’m wondering if I should because I’ve been reading all these articles that say it does more harm than good, anyone got advice?

Don’t stop taking the Multi-vitamins. And, don’t take everything that you read about this vitamin or that vitamin seriously. Those discussions have been going on for years and years, and will continue to do so.
