Ginseng

I have been hearing a lot of good things about Ginseng, also on a few posts in this forum it is mentioned. Wadzilla’s friend said he uses this if I am not mistaken. I am definately going to add this to my diet, it is helpful in other ways too. I do believe there are special herbs and products that do magical things.

I learn about Ginseng while I was a youth and more when I was stationed in Korea , It helps boost energy, gives better blood flow and even helps with ED . I drink at least two viles of ginseng extra aday and have for years . It also aids in making the immune systems stronger .

I hunt is durning ginseng hunting season and chew on the roots it is a very worth while plant.

If you take it on a daily basis look out for things like red bloches on your face. Consider using it in cycles like the Russians do.

Xlmagnum : you have that right I have been hunting it for years .

Iamaru : it all depends how how you work into using it will you see those effects. A few guys I was in the military with had things like that happen after they had drank it as they only source of liquid.
So yes you do need to start slowly into .

I started on the korean mega strength - the strongest stuff I believe and its in capsule form, they are big and I am still finding them awkward to swallow. They decide to turn in your mouth as you are swallowing and they get tend to get stuck lol. I have had no bad side effects from them and I take them daily - maybe different people react differently to it.

I have noticed an increase in motivation when working out with my punchbag and I feel more energetic when I wake up (used to be terrible in the morning). I used to wake up at about 10am and feel sluggish, but since I am on ginseng and manage to get my ass outta bed each morning at 8:30am - 9:00am and not feel the need to get back in bed!!!

Maybe they are working as a placebo to me, but either way I am happy :D
I will report any positive or negative effects that I receive within the next few days.

When drinking not enough water I got some very very bad headaches from ginseng and you can get high bloodpressure.
