Going to Thailand. Herbz?

Going to Thailand….yay!

Just wondering what herbs and fruits etc should lookoout for and try, even bring back.

Not just looking for herbs that increase bloodflow like gingko however this would account for a proportion of herba that im looking for.

Never tried tongkat ali but I have heard this herb is native to thailand.

Also heard about noni fruit which is very rich antioxidant.

Any other suggestions would be very helpful

We just ate a meal of 10different plates came to 10bucks. Is so cheap! Nice weather.

Got mw some durian…will test this bad bwoy out tomorrow. Is not cheap here. Apparently its the number 1 here I Thailand!

Youre right! I do need to go before its too late. I used to fight and thats what got me checking into Thailand. Going to spend a few weeks at a muay Thai camp was my dream. Now 6years later I found that i still haven’t left America to go anywhere lol. Time gets away from you. How much money did you take for spending?

Not a herb or fruit but I would sure enjoy the coconuts in Thailand. The quality and pleasant health benefits of those there are unsurpassed elsewhere in the world.

Dinosaur et all,

Durian smella like crap and surprise taste like crap also.

Damn is worse than eating a raw onion. Is torture by food.

Is currently sitting in the fridge stinking the place out, I can’t bring myself to eat it but I paid 150baht so feel obliged now.

I have heard is number 1 in thailand and it is full of antioxidanta but damn tastes like shit!

Is not dirt cheap but is maybe four/five times cheaper than uk.

Eg a nice plate of food 150 3 £ for same in uk would be 10/12quid

Private muay thai one to one class 5quid in uk maube 30/40quid.

Somw things cheaper some more expensive

I plann to do somw one on one training just for fitness really ans they guys here arw tuff as nails and is prerty cheap really.

I say get yo ass here and bring money as much as possinle but be frugal on your spending as it alls ammounts up v quick
