Golden root

I personally have not tried golden root but it sounds like a great herb for improving erections.

Benefits:

I think you can get it at any health food store. I’ve have not tried it yet.

I have seen it at GNC recently for like 19-26 bucks. I am currently penny pinching so I would really like to know if it works. I also would like to know if it’s better to take the liquid or pill version of Ginko.

It is probably b etter to take the liquid ginkgo. But cheaper to take the standardized capsules. Try a mom and pop health food store it may be cheaper. GNC is kind of high end. I’m pinching pennies to so I’m sticking with the Ginkgo and green tea for now.

Studies are being done on golden Roots effectiveness in treating depression.

Nope!

I take it, I believe it was reasonable in price and that I got it either at the Vitamin shop or at Walmart. It wasn’t a VS branded product either.

What did you take it for? Erections depression or both?

I took it for anxiety really. I live in an asylum & the Bob Villa: an Opium Den of My Own book hasn’t shown up just yet.
