I’ve been working out 3 days a week since March 04, I eat alot of protein and have went from 180lbs to 206lbs in Nov, then I switched from weight lifting to cardio to trim off the extra fat so I can see my abs.(I started using GABA at this same time.)
I dropped 8lbs in Nov, and then decided it was time to switch back to weight lifting as I could start to see my top 2 sets of ab muscles, as well as having a month off weight lifting deconditions your muscles for better gains. Even with eating everything I want and 2 big ass protein shakes I am still losing fat at a rate of 0.5-2 lbs a week and now down to 195lbs. No muscle was lost either because I can still lift the same weights I could prior to the weight loss, and even more in some cases. (Oh, I have to add one more important supplement I’m taking which is CLA [conjugated linoleic acid], it aids your body in fat metabolism and building lean muscle mass. I think the GABA/CLA mix is the magic alchemical fat burning formula! But I do advise you work out in addition to taking it, as studies show effects increase exponentially when working out when taking it.)

Do you mean you see zero results at all, or just in regards to weight loss? Because I find it great for giving the hard as steel erections just like the NOX2 did.
