I always find that simply being made to wait gives me so so much more! Getting close to that ponr and then backing off or changing positions until I’m growling to want to release! My Load Stack (take 2-4x/day; in order of importance, the first two are all that are really needed for longterm, sustainable success):
2-3 grams soy lecithin
30-60% RDA Magnesium/Zinc (Magnesium especially for mood/mental health)
1-3 grams citrulline malate
1 gram high-EPA/low-DHA fish oil (much better for good mood and cognition than DHA ime)
6 mg Astaxanthin (easy way to do that Liver cooling I mentioned; otherwise see a ChiMed practioner https://www.acufinder.com )

IME, everything else just felt too diuretic or agitated with "Heat" symptoms that left me more drained after a number of doses than before starting them.

Don't shoot as far anymore

I started experimenting with this stack while on nofap merely to increase the frequency of wet dreams. I’ve since slipped from NoFap and have realized that I don’t really shoot ropes anymore. Quantity was never really a problem for me and so I didn’t really need the stack (only wanted to increase wet dream probability). The amount might be slightly larger and the ejaculate seems thicker, whiter, and stickier. However, it doesn’t shoot a couple of feet like it used to. I’ve read that this is probably due to the lecithin. I’d really just like to get back to where I was before and will start NoFap again very soon. Any insights on what could’ve caused the digression of shooting and what I should stop taking. Also, any thoughts on any of these supplements used in accordance with obtaining more wet dreams? Just a quick update. Hubby and I had sex Iast night and when he withdrew he spurted 3 squirts on my belly. I think the slow oral play helped with the build up. Is there a good way to increase the pre cum? During the slow oral play I only saw a small bead of pre cum appear. I’ve read mixed results here with the pygeum.
