This is EXACTLY what makes loads larger with lecithin! That is, the "estrogenic" / "Yin/Feminine/Fluids/Cool" aspect of the body. And only soy lecithin at that; sunflower and other types didn’t work for me. I can’t emphasize this point enough as it’s the end all be all of "semen volume". Seriously, common sense says that your loads need to be made out of some soft gooey fluids so what better than materia that engender its development in the body as well as supply the fluid mass itself.
Moistening and cooling the liver and kidney meridians (Chinese Medicine) also helps with allowing the Yin aspect to build up enough to produce the larger semen volume. Too much Yang (horny goat weed, maca, coffee, black tea) and diuresis (pygeum, saw palmetto, green tea) will lower it. Honestly, the only thing you really need is soy lecithin and maybe citrulline malate…and/or maybe arginine, the latter two helping increase circulation. I easily gain more semen volume and more intense sensation and orgasms (choline in soy lecithin is a "brain fuel", wiki, forums, keeping it short here) within 15 minutes of taking a 4gram dose of lecithin. And it stays with you for quite a while if you take it without release in terms of sex drive, arousal, etc. I’d say, 2g/4xday is a safe amount of soy lecithin. NOW Brand sells these large containers of granules which mix decently into water, just toss it back and gulp it down. The big ~1gram gelcaps make it even easier to take and those are always on sale on Amazon, just do your comparison of price per gram of Phosphatidyl-serine/choline.
My Load Stack (take 2-4x/day; in order of importance, the first two are all that are really needed for longterm, sustainable success):
2-3 grams soy lecithin
30-60% RDA Magnesium/Zinc (Magnesium especially for mood/mental health)
1-3 grams citrulline malate
1 gram high-EPA/low-DHA fish oil (much better for good mood and cognition than DHA ime)
6 mg Astaxanthin (easy way to do that Liver cooling I mentioned; otherwise see a ChiMed practioner https://www.acufinder.com )
IME, everything else just felt too diuretic or agitated with "Heat" symptoms that left me more drained after a number of doses than before starting them.
